Sad Graduation

Poor Tebben didn't have the happiest of Graduation days this Saturday. We had to rush our little cat Hank to the emergency vet at about 10am, and by 1:45 the poor little guy was gone. He was a very sweet cat, and Tebben's pal to play with (They would literally play for hours). He was only 5, so when he got a little lazier this week we figured it was just a cold, but the poor little guy didn't make it. We've both been pretty bummed out, and it all happened right before Tebben's graduation.

The ceremony was very nice, and Tebben looked very cute in his robe and mortarboard. We had dinner with Tebben's parents at our favorite restaurant after the ceremony, and then came back to our house for berry shortcakes, yum!

After our trip with my parents to Columbus last weekend we've got a pretty good lead on an apartment. There's an apartment complex close to the downtown that has openings in July when we're hoping to move. It's actually the last place that we looked at, which is always frustrating. We didn't get to see the inside, though, so we're going to have to go back again later this month. If we like the inside, though, we're pretty sure we're going to take it. They offer 3,6,8,10, and 12 month leases, so we can stay there and keep looking around for anything else, and if we like it, we can just renew our lease.
