Huge News!

Here is Ella and her Grauntie reading "Monkey the George." We had a great Christmas Eve and Christmas. Christmas Eve was at my Uncle Tim and Aunt Elizabeth's house. My cousin Jenni had games and relay races for all the kids and it was totally fun! I even got to play mystery date with my little cousin Sophie, one of my favorite games!

Christmas morning was way fun with both brothers, sister-in-law, niece and parents! Ella made out like a bandit, and I got way fun stuff too, like huge German down-filled slippers! That afternoon Auntie Bets and Chuck and Granddad and my Grandma all came over for dinner. We played two hilarious rounds of Cranium, and one round of Hullaballoo, the Evie recommended Cranium brand game Tebben and I got for Ella. It was so fun even my Dad and Mom played the next morning!

Speaking of me and Tebben, there's a HUGE change of plans about our wedding! There are now officially 87 days until we get married! The wedding date has been changed to March 22! It's my Auntie Betsy's birthday and the day before Easter, so it's going to be a very celebration-filled weekend. There are so many reasons we changed the date. For starters, now Tebben will be home from Army training in time to take the State Police testing, I'll be able to come out for his commissioning ceremony, and he'll be here when we move out of our apartment and into our new place (we have no idea where that new place will be!). None of that would have been able to happen if we kept the date where it was.

There are tons of other great reasons, too, so needless to say, we are beyond excited! We both are so much happier with the arrangement. We're going to have to get our planning in gear, but it's going to take away so much stress this summer, that we're both game for it.

So mark your calendars, and I think the Wedblog is going to have a lot more wedding updates from now on because there are less than three months to go! Woo Hoo!
